Mike trained with Nabarro Accountants Limited becoming a partner in 1989 and the sole owner in 2014. In 2024 Nabarro merged with OrcomCivvals and Mike was appointed Tax Director.

Mike is known for the supportive, professional and long-term relationships he has established with his clients and has a particular interest in nurturing and developing businesses, advising them on a range of subjects throughout their business and personal life covering both business development and tax advice.

He was awarded an MBE for voluntary services in 2023 and was Master of the Worshipful Company of Tax Advisers in 2023/24.
